Private and liquid credit: the dream team?

Liquid and private credit are often viewed as rivals when they can both act as complements for both issuers and investors. The former is now a mainstream asset class, seen as growing at the expense of liquid markets. However, allowing borrowers to have access to both markets is beneficial for investors exposed to corporate credit risk, offering more solutions and helping issuers.
