The Consumer Duty

The Consumer Duty itself does not introduce an extensive set of rules, but it does require firms to ensure the delivery of good outcomes to its retail customers. This guide has been developed to highlight the areas firms should review in order to comply with, and to evidence delivery of the Consumer Duty. There will be various personnel, depending on the size of the business, involved in the delivery and evidencing of the Consumer Duty, however, please note that the person appointed to manage the project should be a Senior Manager at the firm.
