What could effective pensions engagement look like?

The Pensions Policy Institute (PPI) has released an independent research report – What could effective pensions engagement look like? This report builds on the findings its earlier work and sets out the broad range of factors that can impact the level of engagement that can feasibly be achieved; the benefits and risks associated with engagement; and the ways in which engagement strategies could be strengthened, including what other support may be needed for those who are less likely to become engaged or benefit from engagement.
